Nancy holds an Undergraduate degree in Physical Education and Masters degree in Health from The University of Memphis. A Realtor for over 35 years, she’s been licensed in four states. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Married to Bob Weltlich from Ohio a retired Division 1 basketball coach for six universities, they have two grown children, Casey and Chad. Casey is married to Duane Brown from Oregon. They have one grandchild, Parker who is 4 and he calls her FANCY NANCY.
Nancy currently resides in Fairhope for the past 20 years. She previously lived in Mobile, Al., Miami, Fl., Austin, Tx., Oxford, MS., Memphis, Tn., and St. Louis, Mo., Her knowledge of both Baldwin and Mobile counties brings credibility to her experience and assists in helping both first time homebuyers or seasoned real estate owners find just the right place to call Home! She loves playing tennis, pickleball and spending time at the beach.
