Preston Niemeyer

Preston is a fourth generation native of the Eastern Shore, and has had the privilege of being shaped by his deep roots in our community. He joined Ashurst & Niemeyer following a six year career adjusting catastrophic and other property claims, and managing a team of adjusters in that field. Through that experience, Preston engaged in complex analysis and problem solving to assist families facing stressful losses to their homes and personal property. Preston now brings that skill and experience to a business founded and still owned by his family.

From the local ball fields to Sundays on Fish River, Preston has experienced the Eastern Shore to its fullest and would like to help his clients enjoy the same experience. Born into an LSU Family but determined to branch out, Preston attended Ole Miss in Oxford, MS, where he met his wife, Lauren. Preston and Lauren are blessed with their two boys who are part of the fifth generation of Niemeyers on the Eastern Shore.

Preston’s career has been built on hard work and determination. He is committed to those principles as he assists homeowners, home buyers and investors with the process of purchasing and selling homes and property.
